    
Nu Music was a music magazine programme for Play UK. The show was designed to showcase the best new talent in performance and interviews and featured the live television performances from many household names. The show aired on Play UK in September 2001.

Mani, legendary bass player from the Stone Roses and currently Primal Scream was selected as presenter having presented an insert for the Play UK website. Mani's easy conversational style and first class appreciation of music made him an excellent choice as he can talk to anyone, anywhere about anything.
The format of the show was simple. Exclusive specially shot performances from the next big things in music with VT reports about issues in music all threaded by chat and comments from Mani and a luminary from the music business.
