Programme 9 : Joy Division
Musical introversion or ground-breaking soundscapes? Joy Division were sent into the world to bring us back down to earth after the euphoria of punk. Their music has touched the hearts of lost boys around the world ever since. We get to the crux of the band, and mostly the frontman Ian Curtis' doomed vision.
Programme 10 : Nirvana
How did they change the face of rock & roll? The headrush that happened with Nirvana will probably never be replicated
it was a rush of superstardom that none of the 3 members of the band were ever really comfortable with. For Kurt Cobain, it pushed him over the edge. We investigate where it all went right & where it all went wrong.
